直到1947年獨立後,印度才發明自己的飲茶口味。曾擁有全世界最多的肉桂、綠荳蔻 、丁香、薑黃、胡椒等極富價值的香料,印度將辛香料發揮的淋漓盡致,不僅使用於各種料理、點心,零嘴,更於茶中添加各種辛香料,讓此種出眾且深刻的飲品馬上成為印度的代表作之一,即所謂的印度香料奶茶(masala chai)。奶茶在經過添磚加瓦後,有養身保健、消除疲勞的辛香料作為穩固的基石,讓這杯茶得以在經過千年歷史的考驗後,在世道艱難的此時此刻,我們依舊能找到心靈的一方淨土。

There is no fix recipe for chai, but we do have some recommended methods.
Boil the water first, then add the tea, spices, and after a few minutes, add sugar and the milk just making your own balance. Following these few steps, your steaming chai is ready to go!
